Ashtanga er en udpræget yang-yogaform med masser af bevægelse, hvor vi arbejder med at styrke og strække musklerne, og hvor vi samtidig arbejder bevidst med åndedrættet i bevægelserne. Du skal være indstillet på at komme til at svede i en ashtanga-time. Når du bliver kendt med ashtanga-yoga'en, vil du finde ud af, hvorledes en aktiv yogaform kan være yderst meditativ.
